Last Day of Freedom

and well, tomorrow's going to be a work day for me. I'm starting work officially. Feeling's quite mixed. I remembered I did quit my regional job so I can settle down with my dd. But as time went on, settling down seems too far away. I'm not sure if this job will suit me. But with a hopeful heart, I'm going to work tomorrow.

I remembered how I always missed my dd when he travels. LOL, he travelling and me travelling. I wont be surprised one day to meet him in one of the countries...

Inspired by Moments Recorded which is hosted by Jie Ying, here's my layout of the memories of those days. Really quite some time back. Edited the photo since it was used before.

Had to mute out his photo and the sentiments... :) My dd "blog-shy" lol~

This challenge was really fun because there are 100 rules.. LOL ok kidding~ But because there were so many guidelines, it's what I really call a challenge~ and it's fun!

So there! Need to get some beauty sleep and be fresh for work tomorrow~!

It was a day out with my secondary mate, and she has taken about a million photos that day. (She's a photographer - and a very good one!) Tiring I remember, and being a "model" really wasn't easy. We went to a couple of places. This one right at the car. And I was trying to scan the million photos, thinking and laughing about the crazy moments that very day. We spoke of Saga Seeds, and of our memories in Secondary School. Special indeed.

And for the fun of a black CS challenge at Moments Recorded, I've decided to use this photo for LO.

First time attempting embossing, and using transparencies on LOs, and kind of rusty with the placements. I took 2 full days for this. Tiring but fun. Think I must do more LOs to practice. But first, someone please bring me out for photo taking~ 

Card Set: Sweet Songbird

It all started out with a transparent box staring at me whole night. I can't seem to get it rightly decorated. Do you feel the same way sometimes? Hence, I left it aside, and decided to go think of other project ideas, nothing seems correct at all.

This morning I woke up feeling wrong. Haha. So I decided to sit down to craft, possibly that should make my mood better. So I got the same container again, and finally got down to this. Here's my 7 + 1 hour of hard work. :) And my jellies have found its container. LOL~

Moments Recorded Jan 2010

I was blinking my eyes to make sure they aint playing tricks on me. (I had a late night last night and was really sleepy today at work.) And I saw this. Hehe thank you MR & Angie! Now I am really awake! :) It's been a real nice challenge and I had fun participating... Do have a look at the submissions, beautiful pieces! Also check out MR's Feb challenge! It's gonna be fun.. I was supposed to do a LO for my dd... Hehehe. But never got to it... I think the best time to try would be after CNY... (I've not even finished packing my room! :P)

MR Jan Challenge

I've just been inspired by Moments Recorded. and so decided to start on something that I've procrastinated slightly before and since it was one of my goals, I better focus and get it done. Did a little expriment with the distress crackling paint. And found out that it was addictive. Oh my. I could have used the whole bottle, trust me. I had so much fun. It crackled and crackled and crackled. :) Ohhh, I love my diary now... :)
